NEW MUSIC PROJECT
Hey strangers,
I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus from recording rap music lately, as I’ve been working on a project called Two Silhouettes instead. I started the project because I wanted to record my dream album to ‘make the beast with two backs’ to, whilst collaborating with some of my favourite vocalists I know.

"Opening with a monologue lead this track provides a mixture of rap and futuristic scuzz all rolled up with an artistic flair. This is an all round cracking record which brings a different approach to the hip-hop genre. Its edgy darkness along with its slightly sinister personality makes this a winning listen"
Computer Music (Nov 08) on 'Anti-Socialite [feat. Clive TV]':
"This has something of an abstract Ennio Morricone Spaghetti Western theme tune feel about it. The nylon guitar sample is at the centre of this impression, but the breathing and backward noises add to the suspense-filled intro. The guitar sound is excellent - a tight delay with detuning gives it an eerie warp... it's this space and distinct lack of urgency that's key to the assured nature of the production... the rapping style, subject matter and general production all have a hint of the Bristolian masters... A cool track"
Future Music (Dec 08) on 'The Delivery [feat. Matachin]':
"Wow. This is a stunning backdrop for Rap. The strings are quartet rather than orchestra and their origins clearly genuine audio chopped and sequenced rather than the more commonplace phat-ass workstation preset. It's exactly the sort of thing that shouldn't work, but does... Whatever the gear, it works. The rap by Matachin is totally on-point, laden with excitement and tension... Let's have some more UK Hip Hop in Future Music please"
